Calculation details
Formula and calculation method
Hourly rate = basis ÷ nominal hours. Each overtime hour receives ordinary pay plus the applicable 50% or 100% supplement.
Worked example
With a PLN 6,000 basis and 160 hours, the rate is PLN 37.50. Two hours with a 50% supplement produce PLN 112.50 gross.
Limitations
- The supplement basis, time off, lump sums and special pay components may alter the payroll result.
